These rules cover captained private boat rentals from Belek. Day tours may list terms on the product page.

Why We State The Cancellation Rules Clearly

A boat day is set by slot and crew. Transfer, prep, fuel, snacks, and route are arranged with the booking.

Yacht Rental Terms And Responsibilities

Once confirmed, the boat is blocked for that day and time. Accurate guest details support safety and comfort.

• Date, time, guest count, and meeting point must be clear.
• If weather or sea affects safety, route and timing may change.
• Before boarding, a short safety briefing is given.

Advance Payment Procedure

We cannot confirm without an advance payment. Under owner agreements, cancellations within the last 48 hours require payment to the boat side, so we collect a 20 percent deposit.

Deposit Payment Methods

The deposit is paid after the reservation is approved. Choose the option that suits you best from the choices below.

• Pay at the Belek office Receipt is provided.
• Send a staff member to your hotel We visit and leave a receipt.
• Pay on the boat Pay on site and see the boat.
• Bank transfer Pay to the IBAN. SWIFT or BIC may be needed. Transfer can take 3 to 4 days.
• Credit card Pay via secure payment link.

Payment Receipt And Tracking

We provide a receipt for the deposit. After payment we email and can message on WhatsApp or Telegram. Track with your reservation number.

When The Remaining Balance Is Paid

The remaining amount is paid in cash when you arrive at the boat.

Cancellation Terms

We aim for flexibility, but late cancellations leave the plan unused, so the rules below apply.

• Cancellations at least 48 hours before receive a full deposit refund.
• Within the last 48 hours, we work to resell the time slot.
• If the slot is filled, the deposit is refunded. If not, the deposit goes to the yacht owner.

Changing The Rental Date

For illness or emergencies, we support date changes. Inform us at least 48 hours before the rental day.

Transfer Service And Meeting Plan

Two way VIP transfer is available. Vehicles are at least 2025 model, Mercedes Vito or Volkswagen Crafter. No taxi. Meeting details are shared in writing in the confirmation.

• Be ready in the lobby 10 minutes before the meeting time.
• If the hotel has more than one entrance, the correct gate matters.
• If you want time in the center after the tour, we can extend return time with no extra fee.

Safety And Comfort

Life jackets, basic equipment, and a short briefing are standard. The route may change to sheltered bays when needed.

Guidance Expectations

Captain handles route and safety. Our team supports meeting, transfer, and timing. Share guide requests before booking.

Our Approach To Cancellation Flexibility

We first check date change. If possible we move to another day, otherwise we follow these rules with written confirmation.

Practical Tips For Families With Children

• Sunscreen, a hat, and a spare outfit are useful for children.
• If there is seasickness risk, choose a light breakfast and drink water.
• Child age and swimming ability should be stated in the reservation.

Leave a buffer. Sunset fits the last hours, swim breaks fit calmer hours, and large groups need extra boarding time.
